We offer Accreditation for facilities and Certification for hospital professionals focused on cardiovascular disease. Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Heart Failure (HF) and Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib) are service lines, but our real product is sharing the tools, education and support that hospitals need to become communities of excellence fighting heart disease.

The Society helps hospitals improve quality and outcomes, by sharing best practices and delivering process improvement solutions.

Pat Williams talked about team building and leadership. Fred Lee charmed and shared what would happen if Disney ran your hospital. Both thrilled. See the presentations.
Early Heart Attack Care (EHAC) was founded in 1980 by SCPC's Founder, Dr. Raymond Bahr, as a common sense movement which recognizes that early symptoms of a heart attack occur in 50 percent of all heart attack patients and that these "beginnings" allow time for preventive measures to take place. Designed to change behavior and attitudes, EHAC is an education process which teaches that heart attacks can be prevented.
"Our plan includes deputizing our Chest Pain Committee and then have each one of us take this information back to our home units and then to our communities, churches, etc. Because we feel that community education is very important, but often an overlooked area, we have made increasing EHAC education to the community our priority for the year. We appreciate the support, encouragement, and resources the Society has provided us during our accreditation process and look forward to working together towards our future goals.
